About the role
Develop detailed architectural BIM models and drawing sets for landmark mixed-use, retail and hospitality projects across the Middle East.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage LOD 300–400 architectural models in Revit
- Produce GA plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts
- Create and maintain project families, templates and view standards
- Review the work of junior modellers for accuracy and consistency
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of Revit experience on large building projects
- Strong understanding of construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret design intent from consultants
Nice to have
- Experience with design visualisation tools
- Interior fit-out modelling
