About the role
Turn laser-scan point clouds into accurate as-built BIM models for renovation, expansion and facility management projects.
What you’ll do
- Register, clean and segment point cloud data
- Model existing architecture, structure and MEP to the required LOD
- Run deviation checks between scans and models
- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of Scan to BIM experience
- Strong skills in Revit and point cloud tools (Recap, Cyclone or similar)
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to have
- Site scanning experience
- Experience with heritage or industrial facilities
