About the role
Lead MEP coordination on large commercial and hospitality projects, running clash detection and turning federated models into clash-free, construction-ready drawings.
What you’ll do
- Federate architectural, structural and MEP models and run clash detection in Navisworks
- Lead weekly coordination meetings and track issues through to resolution
- Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings and combined services drawings
- Check models against project BIM execution plans and LOD requirements
- Mentor modellers on standards, families and best practice
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 4+ years of MEP BIM coordination on building projects
- Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage skills
- Working knowledge of international codes and standards
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience on projects in Saudi Arabia or the UAE
- Familiarity with ISO 19650
- Dynamo scripting
